Leo Close - Director

I established Close Consulting in 2007 as a small, boutique practice providing HR generalist advice to small business owners and individuals in Melbourne.

In line with our growth over the past 13 years, we now provide specialised, professional and customer focused advice across a wide variety of industries including aviation, higher education, retail, aged care and health.

I have a strong focus on resolving high risk matters in the workplace for both employers and employees in matters such as unfair dismissal, general protections, serious misconduct and reputational risk. My experience extends across a range of employment and industrial relations matters covering various issues arising at all phases of the employment relationship.

Cameron McInnes - Associate

Cameron brings a wealth of experience to Close Consulting following an extensive career in the Technical, Quality and Production Management fields within the construction and civil engineering industries.

Advancing from cadet to manager required identifying growth opportunities, building solid partnerships, and meeting stringent project deliverables through streamlining systems that respond to business objectives.

Cameron provides leadership, project management and technical capability coupled with strategic overview to time critical projects.

He is committed to his clients’ professional growth and providing loyalty, value and a desire to succeed on behalf of all his clients and nurture strong, lasting and committed relationships.

Our head office in Oakleigh is accessible and available for private meetings.

Otherwise, we also provide a fully mobile service to our clients and will come to you if necessary.
